The single most useful move is to treat the 200 words as a two-way match, not a love letter. Spend the first half on a concrete piece of you (a problem you keep returning to, a way you like to learn, a thing you want to build or study) and the second half on the specific Willamette resources that meet it. The prompt literally says "as many or as few words as you would like." That is not an invitation to hit 200; it is a test of editing. If you can make the case in 130 tight words, do. Filler reads as filler.
Lines about the pretty quad, the small class sizes, or the "top liberal-arts" reputation describe hundreds of schools. Cut anything that is true of Willamette only because it is true of everyone.
Dropping "I love the 3+2 engineering program" proves nothing. Connect it to a specific interest or goal of yours, or it reads as a keyword you found in five minutes.
The supplement is about the relationship between you and Willamette, not your life story. Repeating your personal-statement narrative wastes the one chance to show you researched the school.
