Test-blind colleges
Test-blind is not the same as test-optional. A test-blind school will not look at your SAT or ACT score even if you send it. Your application is read entirely on your grades, rigor, essays, and everything else. The University of California system is the best-known example.
If your scores are not your strength, these are the schools where that simply does not matter. If your scores are strong, know that they will not help you here, so put your energy into the parts of the application that do count. Curious how your profile reads at each one? Run it through the chances calculator.
